It might be an idea to look through the educational sights like Hope education etc

I can't remember their name off the top of my head. Didn't they offer a competition prize, may be worth checking that section.

A Wheely Bug (http://www.baby-bean.com/wheelybug-rideon-p-119.html?osCsid=e6a611a4f53a30ad049fb97f7ccd4de4) would be great for outdoors. I might get my daughter one for her Birthday.

I went to the Surestart centre to have ny daughter weighed. In one of the outdoor playareas they had some really polished stones in one area, the type you get from a garden centre. They then had some metal bowls and scoops for the children to use with them. I thought it looked a fab idea.
