View Full Version : Pre Reg Visit Tomorrow and Butterflies in my Tummy

Hi,

I completed my pack less than 2 weeks ago and they are already coming out to me tomorrow :panic: I've had so much on over the last 2 weekends that I haven't had that much time to learn the EYFS but have gone through it and highlighted very important bits, made notes and made it easy for me to refer to when she's here and am crossing my fingers and toes.

I know that they ask you some questions, have a look round the areas you want to register and go through CRB with you, but do they actually let you know there and then whether everything is ok or do you have to wait until they write out to you? and if you have to wait until they write out to you ... how long?

My tummy has got huge butterflies fluttering around!!!!

my inspector told me that she was gonig to reccomend me to be a childminder and as lnog as the crb check came through ok that there shouldnt be any problems.

I hope tomorrow goes well for you, try not to worry to much it wont be as bad as your expecting

I was told on the day that she was recommending me as a suitable person.My meeting was very friendly and informal so I wouldn't worry too much.:thumbsup: x

Morning, hope you are not too nervous. I know I was on the day of my pre-reg but it was fine. They usually do tell yopu on the day that they are recommending you but as DDC said, it depends on the CRB's coming back clear. They can take a while too :(

Try to relax and just be yourself. As Angel said this one is a friendly visit to give advice and help, they are not grading you yet!!
