You will be fine. I know its easy to say once you have been through it, but it will be o.k I am sure.

The pre-reg inspection is really quite friendly and the inspector is there to offer advice and support rather than to grade you.

Saying all that, I was in a complete panic, but it was all good and I felt so much better when it was done and dusted so to speak.

thanks everyone! done it all before so sort of know what to expect:) however, still in a bit of a panic and cant belive how soon i got the call :eek:

My mum is registering at the moment and she got an answer phone message while on hols.
So when she heard the message it was the day the inspector was coming! :panic:

She was fine she just got a few recommendations for things like fire risk assesment which she had booked in for the week after the inspection.

All was good so we are now in the waiting game for the crbs etc etc
