does anyone have a sheet for dating when you do the ra's?

Hiya

I have risk assessments, how do you show when you have done them ie say I go to the park on Monday - how do I show I have checked and read my RA? Do you have a form or something at the front of your files?

You don't need to show that you have consulted or re-assessed them each time you go out. I have a column on the form which gives a date when the RA has been reviewed. This can be done annually

I don't date them every time... but I do make regular scribbles on the forms.

I put things like if there are road works or a new dog on the street barked or the cobbles are wonky ...

It is good to show you are re-visiting your RAs regularly :D
