OK, I called ofsted this morning to check that they have FINALLY got everything they need and they confirmed that yes they have although 1 of my references only came in yesterday. When I asked how long it would be before I got my certificate she couldn't say as they have to get a Team Manager to sign the certificates off and this depends on how busy the managers are etc etc. SO, does anyone have any idea how much longer I might have to wait? I am getting DESPERATE now :mad:
