Parents of three of mindee's have had offers on their houses this weekend - two after months of trying the other on the first weekend! One for £1m+ will lose all three:( as they are moving out the of area.
Hope to pick up as nice new ones! otherwise it will be a lean Autumn!

Could you ask the estate agents they used to pass on your details to new families? maybe they have children and need childcare.
I usually pop some cards in estate agents for new parents

Its really weird you suggestd this because last night my OH friend was round here. He's an estate agent and suggested giving him some business cards to pass on to new tenents/owners.
