Fantastic Day

I have just had a fantastic day at one of Surrey's Conferences (in Epsom).

We had Penny Tassoni in for a talk and got her latest book (Practical EYFS Handbook) as a freebie.

This afternoon we had a boom whackers session........what is that you ask?

We were given plastic tubes that came in different colours and sizes and obviously made different sounds. The man that was running the session was a nutty as a fruit cake and had us dancing around making music and rhythm sounds........very hard to explain as you really needed to be there.

have to say it was brilliant.....I thoroughly enjoyed it and also got a good exercise routine done too ;)

Oohh and Blaze was there too......come on Blaze tell them what you had to do :D

We were given the set that we were using which was fab.

I will also be geting another set as the rest are being given out at the next Support meeting and as I am a Support Minder I can have some more :clapping: :clapping:

I have to say that we are very lucky in Surrey and get loads of support, training, conferences and freebies.

I also get on really well with the Early Years Team and they work very closely with SCCMA which is great :thumbsup:
