Am I mad?

After losing my 2 full time children in March all has been very quite here
I am reg for 4 children under 8, 3 under EYFS, 1 under one (with me)

So far I have

Mon-Fri 2 7:30-9/3-6 (over's)
Thur 8-4 (EYFS)

so still have 1 space

Lady starting in 2 weeks

Tues and Thurs 9-4 (eyfs)
Tues 3-4 (eyfs)

still with me

Have a lady wanting to start 7:30-12/1ish (eyfs)
can fit in but what do you think?

I drop the children to school for 8:45 and the 9am start will be meeting me at the school to drop off so I don't go over at all, hols is fine as my overs are mostly term time only and am getting any hours required next week in writing as she said one week 1-6 thats it (I don't charge retainer BTW) and I am sure as long as I let new mindies know we can work around this! also over's def don;t need me October hols:) If all else fails, my ds is 8 in March so may chance my arm with a varition for 3/4 hours:rolleyes: (not likely but if needs must and all that haha)

I have done my planner

Monday 3 children, then 1 after 9am
Tuesday 3 then 2 after 9am, 4 after 3pm
Weds 3 then 1 after 9am
Thurs 4 then 2 after 9am, 4 after 3pm
Fri 3 then 1 after 9am

as work it soo low here reading this back I am not sure why I am asking haha
