hi all well its a long time since i registered -15 yrs , a friend has just asked how you go about it and i know its changed a lot. can anyone tell me what she has to do who does she contact i know its different in different areas but will it be the early years team or ofsted ? thanks for any advice i could pass on x

probably be the early years team.
though in my area, you have to get hold of FIS/CIS (but that may be linked to your early years team anyway).
Worst case, I am sure Ofsted would be able to direct your friend too.
