a couple of weeks ago i had (yet another) vague, random email asking if i had any vacancies from the summer. as usual i replied, and was amazed that i got a reply!

mum then rang and wanted to come and see me as soon as they could, as she really wanted LO to come to me (and this is just from looking at my website/ofsted report, as they know no one who knows me, and don't know anyone else who uses a childminder!)

they came last monday and had only been here about 20 mins max, before they asked if i would take LO !!! LO is 10mth & very cute, and parents seem nice! they were going on holiday that afternoon, so i dropped round an 'offer of space' form, and an 'acceptance of space & deposit' form for them to fill in and return. they got back from their holiday at the weekend, and i have been panicing :panic: , thinking they had changed their minds, but got the forms returned today with deposit! :clapping: :clapping:

very excited, LO starts in july, for 2 days/week and mum is able to be flexible enough to be able to do one set of 2 days in term time, and another set of 2 days in the holidays! feels a bit odd, as i haven't had a new mindee family start for 18mths! my last new mindee was a sibling!
