Hi all
Sorry I have not been on herer for a while ive been busy getting paper work done.
I had my 1st graded inspection this morning...it was very nerve racking but I was fine. My own daughter and my mindee where fab! It all went smoothly until ha ha my daughter at lunch time sneekly put the grill on and shut the door, so when I got lunch out of the oven I could smell burning... i looked in the grill and as i opened the door a load of smoke came out...smoke alarms went off in the playroom lol  luckily the ofsted lady was in the dining room so she didnt see what dd had done hee hee so i shouted everybody out including ofsted lady too...I was so proud of L and my dd they went straight to the meeting point in a round about way. No fire luckily :panic:
I only got a couple of reccomendations which was build up on my disability rescources as ive not really got any but i said i knew that i needed to and to build on my relationships with school/parents for planning etc which ive started by sorting letters to school to get planning from them and parents permission to discuss their children with others etc...she said as id only been minding since 1at april ive done extremely well... No outstandings anywhere but all GOODS!! Im really proud and dd in bed, hubbie in Scotland im gonna settle down with a glass of wine and watch tv..after ive done the cleaning up, the ironing...hoovering... oh well no rest
Thanks to all you ladies out there who has given me advice in the past. :clapping:
