BUSINESS PLAN HELP PLZZZZZZZZZZ?

I am in the midst of registering as a childminder, and so to get a bit of funding from my local providers I am trying to write a Business Plan.

Im getting confused doind my profit and loss projection.
WHAT IS A CHILDMINDERS OPENING STOCK?
Does this mean the toys, epuipment, etc? Does it include food stock and nappies supply?

Also WHAT CAN A CHILDMINDER CLAIM FOR?
Im trying to write my expenses for my utilities but havent a clue what I can claim!!!

WHAT IS A CHILDMINDERS OPENING STOCK?
I would say this is what you plan to have when you open including toys, books, equipment, paperwork, what meals you are willing to provide
baby milk and nappies are provided for by parents (well usually)

Also WHAT CAN A CHILDMINDER CLAIM FOR?
