Is it ok to have a child with this? The doc said it isn't contaigious but I am not sure!!!!!!!

Thrush is a yeast infection and I would say it is contagious if the child is at an age when he eats toys, licks things etc.
However if he's older and you use separate flannels and toothbrushes, hot wash cutlery, make sure he has his own cup and doesn't pick up anyone else's etc then I would think it was ok.
It's not on the list of excludable illnesses so I would say it's down to your discretion :D
