ncma survey, 'home from home'

has anyone tried to access the ncma survey from the link in ncma news email?

i thought it looked interesting, answering questions about what makes your setting special and a home from home ... but when i click on link, it takes me to survey page, but no survey!!!

( and the 'contact us' link doesn't seem to work either !)

ncma news is an email i get every so often with news in it ! this one has a bit about national childminding week, a bit about 'whats your setting like?' info about consultation on free entitlement, childcare and nursery show and usually some article about a childminder! this one is about a childminder who does community fundraising.

its interesting, but i can't think where/how i signed up to it! i think it must have been through the ncma website!
