Sorry hannah, not quite sure what you are meaning (your other post was rather enigmatic as well lol).
You can't 'get people' until you have done all the ICP and completed the registration process.
You need to advertise in your local area, get on the FIS listing in your area.

Yes you need to register first then start to advertise
What stage are you at now are you actually thinking of becoming a childminder or are you almost registered?
