I need to provide an invoice for the 2 children I will be looking after from Monday. Is it ok to just put one fee including the food cost so the family can claim the whole amount since she will get help with the childcare cost or does it has to be separate?

I used to do siblings on one invoice although it was separated out to show them both individually as I think this was clearer but that's just me.

I do an inclusive price, I don't itemise it.

I have one invoice per family and split the cost to show the children

i.e.

Child 1

1 monthly fee

The only extras are planned activities. Food is included in my monthly fee along with soft play

I would say it depends on how your charges are set out.

I would do one invoice per family but itemise the different amounts for each kid like debbie said.

if you charge extra for food or anything else I would show this in a seperate line too.
That way it is easier to see what you are being charged for.
