hi new to all this getting confussed please can some one help me with a question not sure i have the right answer it is how do the staffing arrangements differ for each register early years and childcare register for a childminder thanks

Your Eyfs registration certificate tells you how many children you can look after under 8.
The Childcare register does not talk about staffing or ratios. You are allowed as many over 8s as your insurance and local authority say you can have, so long as their care does not impact on the care of the younger children.
If you have more than 6 children at any one time you need to check with your local authority about planning permission regulations.
