Children in cars

I have a quick question that I hope somebody might be able to help me with. I dont drive myself but we do have a car that hubby drives, my question is would the children be allowed to travel in the family car and what do I need to do i.e inform Ofsted, Insurance company, Register it as business use etc. Hope someone might know what to do as it would be nice to take them to places I cant reach on the buses with the long holiday coming up! Thanks in advance.

You need to inform your insurance company you intend to use your family vehicle for business use. They will send you a new certificate showing them same. Obviously need permission from parents but I think that's it. I'm sure someone else will be along to add anything else I've missed.
