how do i post new threads?

Hi there not sure what im doing took me ages to put new thread on went onto questions & information and managed to put this on is this right or is there another way? sorry if i sound reeeeeeeeeeealy thick!!!!!!

go to the main page of the forum - here http://childmindinghelp.co.uk/forum/index.php

then chose your catogory that you wish to post a thread in .
Click the catagory that you want - such as "the lounge" when you open the page to "the lounge" ,for example, you will see "NEW THREAD" or something similar at the top of the page - click it and there you go!

Sorry if you don;t understand me, I am not very good at explaining things

It's not easy when you first arrive but you will soon get used to it.

When I get time I am going to do some screen shots with photos of the various buttons which I hope will help people. It won't be for a few weeks yet but when I do I will let everyone know.

Mollymop's description is good, the new thread button is at the top left of the screen. or if you want to reply to a thread that is already going you click the 'reply' button at the bottom of the last post.
