first grading inspection

just to let everyone know, I had my first grading inspection today and got a good.

inspection lasted about 31/2 - 4 hours and she went through everything with a fine tooth comb.
would love to be able to pass on some tips but she gave me very limited feed back and only one recomendation which was to develop partnership working with other settings. she also said she acknowledged I was doing my side of this!
