i'm finally on the childcare link (been waiting since FEB!!!!)
they've got my email address wrong, my website link wrong and my bloomin name wrong

its blooming annoying isn't it though

they don't even have on the listing that i'm registered for overnight care :angry:

Phone them up and they should change your info by tomorrow or friday at the latest. I rang last week to change the school's i will do pick ups at and the women said she could do it there and then. Although im due my form any day now to update fully, but i wanted the school's sorted asap and get my name up the top.
Can't wait for the forms to arrive actually, everyone around here appears to be charging £3.50 now, i only charge £3.00. lol

I had a huge form to fill in (about 10 pages!), took my time, made all the necessary ammendments and waited for it to be updated online.
When they eventually 'updated' my listing there weren't actually any changes and they'd ignored all I'd written! I emailed them and said can you please update my details to read as follows...(then wrote exactly what I wanted them to put). It took about a week & a half, but they did it.
Get in touch & get them to put it right.

Try ringing them first thing in the morning and don't stop till they do answer!!! Pester, pester and pester some more. lol
