What happens if you have a BABY?!?!

Hello,

What happens to your registration numbers if you have another baby?! would i have to get a variation. Have 2 children already under 5 so i have been registered for 1 under 5 and 3 over five, what would happen if i were to have another baby?!?

The baby would come off your numbers, but you could probably get a variation on the grounds of continuity of care if you have an under 5 mindee
