Answer from the Inland Revenue about TV Licence/Sky

Straight from the tax advisor today:

You CANNOT claim any part of your TV licence as you would normally have it in your house if you were not childminding

You CAN claim SKY/Virgin IF you did not have it in your house when you started childminding. This refers to the children's packages.
