Iam in the process of completing my sef to say its giving me a headache is a understatment. I have Sarahs Ebook which is absolutley fantastic and I would not have done half as good a job with out it I am still stuck on the question.

I know inclusion is the key in this answer-has anyone got a user friendly access audit that they can share with me? any ideas how I would answer this one ? I have just been looking at the screen for the last 1/2 hr my mind is blank.
