This reminds me of a toy by the same name. It's made by mothercare and is like a cd player, you insert a disc inside and press spin, it will ask questions about different clothes, music foods, homes etc of various countries around the world. Very mulitcultural. Got mine on ebay for 3.50 well worth it, and ofsted like it too:)
