I work mon,tues,weds at the moment minding 2 13 month olds, but only the one on a weds as the other just cut down. I've just had an enquiry to have a 6 month old on a weds and thurs from 9.30 till 3.30 which really is perfect.
My dilemma is that I have been cleaning holiday cottages on a thurs and fri which is great it fits in and I can be home to sort dinner etc. Do I give up my thurs and do more minding or clean cottages :panic: I've got 4 children of my own,i've just started the nvq3 and not sure if I want to work more.
How do you decide what to do I always usually say yes to everything without thinking!
Got the lady coming in the tomorrow so need to be thinking straight.

Will you be earning more?

Is time more important than money?

How will it impact on your family?

Do you really WANT to take on new LO?

You will be one day, one child fee up, is it worth giving up the cleaning money for that?

Think of pros and cons, you are in charge. Do what's best for you :)

Prob not much help with that waffle, only YOU can decide :D

I agree with all of this, you have to think what you want to do. I only have an afterschooler on a Thursday once other mindee has gone at 10am so keep this day with my daughter (swimming day).
