Im slowly getting there, ive done a spreadsheet of hours worked and what % i take off for heating rent etc, but as i get heating bills combined, dual fuel, and 3 monthly how do i work out what would be a week?

Actually, we pay £70 for both, do i half that and get 35 for each then take % from 35?

I work mine out annually because my hours don't change that much. I would say if your hours are fairly constant work out the percentage for the fuel bill once a quarter.
