Advice needed - seem to have forgotten everything!

Hi Ladies, I havent posted since November when I got my registration but also announced my BFP! Anyway, I decided that due to the pregnancy it would be best not to start minding due to the disruption it could cause...

Today I am 25wks pg & had my second enquiry :clapping: The family visited an hour after we spoke on the phone and a few minutes ago they called to ask if it would be possible for a trial session tomorrow for 2 hours :happy banana:

SO, I need to know what I need to do from here... do I need to do a contract for a trial session?! What info must I give to the parents?

Feels like a lifetime ago since I knew how to do all this stuff...

Trial sessions are normally to settle them in for when they start coming so a contract should be signed to cover you for insurance.

If you arent ready to sign a full contract with them and they want you to have their child then they would still need to sign an occassional one.

Thanks - is an occassional contract the same as the normal one?! I am using the NCMA ones... sorry if that is a daft question!
