had call from mum of new full timer due to start in July - can he start 5th may?? great!!! but means I have to give notice to LO I have tues and wed am 3 hrs a day :( Plus mum of my temp full timer needs me to have her LO for who knows how long so need to get another variation for her as that would give me 4 under 5's 5 days a week (including one of my own kids) hence why have to give notice to the part timer as that would make 5 on those 2 mornings (his contract was due to end in July anyway as starts school sept and I am not able to continue for the one term he will be p/t).
Really hope Ofsted grant the variation, should do as continuity of care blah blah blah!!!! and isn't permanent but may be for 2 - 3 months plus!! Fingers crossed!!!:panic: She is going to do a letter to put in with my variation request!:D
