Childcar Voucher leaflet?

Does anyone have a leaflet explaining abiout the vouchers that they give to parents?

Just thinking because I had a mum ring and i explained about them but she had no idea what they were so wonderingif when you get enquiries/visit if there is something I can print off ready for them to explain??
