accounts book/financial records??

Hi, I haven't posted before but always have a look on the forum to get lots of information and wondered if anyone could help?
I have always used the NCMA accounts book since I started childminding but have just bought the Morton Michel financial records instead to do my accounts as my insurance policy is with them - I am a little confused as the records are different to what I have been used to with the NCMA book - with MM are expenses just recorded until you get to the bottom of the page and then carried over to next page or do they have to be done monthly like NCMA?

Sorry don't use them. Why not call MM and ask?

Tax man isn't interested in your monthly or per page totals, it is just the final figure at the end of the year, so however you want to do it will be fine.
