Is there a cut off time when minding a child late is classed as overnight care ?

I currently work till 1900, but am flexible, im not registered for overnight care but was just wondering if theres a cut of time, when having a child late encroaches on being classed as over night ?

I advertise that im willing to work up till 10pm. When i first chose my hours i was with my support childminder and she said that was fine.
The thing that puzzles me is i keep reading that you dont have to register as a childminder if looking after children between 6pm and 2am even if it is in your own home. So to me overnight care is literally when the children and ourselves are asleep. Im probably wrong but as i said it does puzzle me.
