You get used to it or you go mad (or maybe both)

I have 4, eldest is 3 lol
I find a way to cope... don't let the little things irk me and just go with the flow in a structured kinda way ;)

I'm always telling people that I've never felt this tired in my life! No other job has ever worn me out mentally or physically like this one. You do get used to it though. I have three under three most days and I have never looked forward to Fridays so much before!

First few weeks are always knackering, esp as you are trying to be 100% but it's impossible ( imo!) to keep that pace up - my first few weeks i wouldn't even put my feet up for 5 mins with a cuppa while they slept for pete's sake, I thought I needed to be constantly doing things!

It is tiring but with 1 even more so. When you have 2 or 3 they go and play by themselves, in pairs, you can do games that will last longer and not chop and change so much.

Going out is harder with 3 under 3 but it's fun as long as you are organised.:D

Yep, no matter how experienced you are, the first few days of a new child are always exhausting, it will get easier though:)

:clapping: :clapping: :clapping: So glad you enjoyed the day and coped with the 2 year old. Am sure that in a few weeks you will be a routine (of sorts) and wont feel so tired. Hope you are putting those feet up now :)
