Ok , this is an idea i've literally just had so its a bit sketchy. I'm thinking in the new year of doing the theme 'ourselves' then running it into chienese new year.I've had some good ideas for activities ect but what i thought would be really fantastic , esp for my after school mindees (6yrs - 9yrs x7!) would be if we could find an international penpal we could write too . Does anyone know how i could find one ? Would appreciate any ideas / thoughts on this. Cheers all x :)

(this is a similar but not as good!!!) Childcare forum in the USA. Perhaps someone one there would like to do that?

I think that's a brilliant idea!

I remember from when I was little that there are quite a few penpal organisations - I would do a search on the internet and see what comes up.

I used to get lovely postcards from my penfriends and the odd little country typical gift too.

I'll try and have look for you later if I get time.
