. I am an
Early Language Lead Practitioner :D on the ECAT (every child a talker) programme. I am one of 21 settings (3 childminders) selected to receive extra training to implement in my setting and feedback to my core group of minders (who are interested in taking part - which I will get up and running) and I then feedback and work closely with the programme leader. All the 21 settings (Wave 1:rolleyes: ) work together to feedback info to each other - visit each others settings etc etc. Oh yeah - nearly forgot the biggest part - gotta talk to the kids
Went a bit indepth about Learning Stories (an extension of learning journeys)- so watch this space

So yes now i have A Title That Sounds Posh and Impressive (but ain't really) you can all call me Lady Pip:laughing: :laughing:

we are trailing ecat too pip, I am not sure but I think in my area it is only been rolled out to nurseries and childrens centres :angry:

the childrens centre my daughter attends is piloting it, when I asked about sharing it with me they just tried to bamboozle me with science!
