Hi thought i'd let every one who is just about to have their first inspection that i had my first inspection on Tuesday this week and it was quite nice and she was actually very useful. She gave me lots of tips on different ways of writing up observations and activities, it wasn't as scary as i thought it was going to be.

She gave me 4 Outstandings and the rest Good, so Good overall. I am so pleased to get a Good grade on my first inspection and i only got one recommendation to update my child protection training. (But she then told me i had to keep it secret for 10 days!!!!!!!.):clapping: :clapping: :clapping:
