why do parents lie to you. had a lady come to see me last week with baby 8 months. anyway she rang this morning and said that her mum was going to have baby so had no need of a childminder. (fair enough as she was only looking for one day anyway). then my childminder friend rings and tells me she has a new baby starting next week.
this very baby. why cant they be honest and sorry but we have choose someone else. i cant stand people who lie!!!! sorry for moan thanks

i wouldnt be too angry with her i know its better to be honest but maybe it was a way of letting you down gently she probably just thought it was nicer to tell a white lie lol though if she finds out youre friends with the other c.minder she will be mortified..:rolleyes:
