Ofsted rang today and they have said i could have my assistant, and i can have an extra 2 under 5 when she is here. Im bouncing around the room i am that pleased.

congrats im just starting the whole getting an assiatnt things. are you employing or making them self employed and if so how do we get around them being self employed i keep hearing conflicting yes's and no' we cant we have to employ them

Self emolyed, she just filled in a form like what we had to do. Its much easier that way, the assistant can just invioce me at th end of the month, it will be like a sub contractor.
