Hubby's bricks for conservatory arrive tomorrow and he has already asked to use it - he was told quite firmly NO!!!

I have found a book on Amazon about using the Tuff Spot so am going to invest in it to get the maximum out of it for the kids.

£16.00 from wickes or B&Q I have two one for indoor and one for outdoor.

the first day I had mine I jsut filled it with water, the kids loved it as normally water play is done in little trays or buckets. They had ducks and fish with fishing nets too ... play for no reason it wasnt planned but they had fun that is that matters.

My indoor one is going to be a farm, we are in the process of making sections using lots of different materials to create grass, a pond, the fencings, muddy sections then will move the animals in this is for the april planning but its happening faster than expected, my fault but still go witht he flow and everyone is happy.

I love my Tuff Spot. We've had loads of things in it - messy pla style stuff like spaghetti - rainbow rice, soild and rocks and dinsosaurs, water, shredded paper...... In the summer I have it outdoors and change it weeky.

They have them for £9.60 at school surplus. the P&P is £5 though, but if you need other stuff at the same time its not so bad.

Thanks for that tip! I've ordered one from School Surplus along with a few other items.

My local childrens centre put sawdust, mini logs and construction vehicles in theirs. DD enjoyed it.
