I would like to get a balance bike for my little mindee. He is nearly 3. We like to take the dogs for a walk, but he can't quite make it round the park. Thought this would be the ideal solution. What I would really like is one that I can add pedals to at a later date, but I don't know if they do one.

My son was riding a 2 wheeler at 3, but I know J isn't ready for that at the moment. His sister still has stabilisers on her bike at 6 1/2.

Anybody got one they don't use or know where I can get one under £50?

Thanks

My daughter loves hers even though she can now pedal a real bike she still uses it.

I got mine from here http://www.tvdeals.tv/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=12&zenid=c771c07f4b4b866792f8922bd2d23cd6

They are £30 then P&P .

Why don't you take the workings off a normal bike?

Haven't got one of those either. Not sure you can take the pedals off on a small bike. I think I'm going to have to look into it. I know it would get more use if I could.

My 3 year old loves and I mean LOVES her balance bike. The ones Paula has suggested are really good value.
