Register qustion fire drill

Do you have to take your register out with you for a fire drill only that my register is kept in the playroom, by the playroom door. If we evacuated from the lounge we may not go through the playroom, we could go out the front or back door. So what do i do??:idea:

Unlike a school or playschool we normally only have a few children so you would more than likely notice if one or more were missing. Do a risk assessment and put that if it is available, close to hand you would take it but it would be dangerous to you & the children to retrieve it if not. Ohter alternative is to move it from room to room with you:rolleyes:

I think she means like schools/nurseries to make sure all the children are out of the building.
