Well the parcel delivery guy cam about an hour ago, I got my parcel put it down and forgot about it.:laughing:

Just opened it and its my NCMA pack and Insurance etc.:clapping: Wasn't expecting if for ages, as its less than a fortnight since I posted the card back.:clapping:

Aghh, just noticed they have spelt my surname wrong!:rolleyes:

Phoned them they are sending out new certificate of insurance etc.

Hi charlotte,

I got my pack this morning too. Completely wasn't expecting it and it didn't register what the box was until half way through the school run. :clapping:

The local authority pay for my membership, tool kit and insurance and I had to send the application via them to approve it before they pass it onto NCMA.
I thought I'd be waiting ages but I sent it off just over 2 weeks ago.

So anyone else that's after a tool kit it won't take long. :thumbsup:
