I have been updating all my folders to get ready for my inspection and have ome to do the risk assessments!

My problem is i seem to have about 10 different formats which is making it really confusing.

Is there a standard risk assessment form to use for everything??

Some of the ones i have have risk ratings some have none, what are the actual requirements on the risk assessment ( headings)

Hope someone can help my poor brain:idea:

I have made my own, but there are some to download on the NCMA website and also the Bromley Childminding site.

What you have got sounds confusing.

I would go for an easier life...

I suggest you find the form you are happiest with and stick to that. :D

Do we have to have risk ratings either high medium low or numbers?

Mine are rated high, medium and low... you can use numbers if you prefer.
