A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO HELENJC FOR HER FANTASTIC RECIPE! :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:
We made them last night when M got home from school and she was very excited to make them (shes 5). I got her to measure out all the ingredients and she found the recipe (2 cups etc) easy to follow she then mixed it all up herself - with a bit a help but these are lovely thick ones so it was a bit tricky :thumbsup: and then she even cooked them as well! :D
They were absolutely scrummy, way better than normal ones! M really enjoyed them too - she had them with raisins.They are so good I had them for breakfast too :littleangel:
Her mum nearly passed out when I said we made pancakes (:eek:) but I quickly explained they were egg free!!!
Thanks for the tip everyone about the replacing eggs with a tablespoon of oil, I passed this on to mum who also didn't know about it.
