Sorry only just found this.

My before and after school rate would be £17.00 per day.

School hols would be £20.00 minimum per day (you don't say how many hours in hols)

To calculate a yearly fee I multiply the weekly amount by 39 weeks (term time) and the hols amount by 13 weeks. Add them together and divide by 12

Forgot to say that if you do the yearly fee I would run that from Sept to August and that way you are being paid your Aug school holidays in advance month by month. I would do a contract from now until 31st August in the interim.

To calculate that I would work out how many weeks are hols and how many are term time and work out as for a year

Thanks Debbie that makes sense. I will have him 1 1/2hr in morning and 2 hrs eve I normally charge for this £9.00 for term time. Then I will have him 10hr in school holidays. I will try to work it out. Thanks again.

Fantastic news :clapping:

Wonder if builders or plumbers or carpenters have this type of forum where they are able to give each other cyber high fives for securing contracts :D
There would be smileys where they are shown rubbing their chins and making sucking in noises.
