is it a good idea to have a written record of on going training, things you want to do, things your booked on?

I know I know more blooming paper work!!!

where would I put it?

Sarah, I know how you feel about all the folders and paperwork everywhere!!

I keep all my course confirmation letters in a dedicated folder. Easy to keep check on what course is up and coming (knowing me I would lose it otherwise)

I know how you feel too!

It's a good idea to have some kind of personal devlepoment folder.

You can put in Sef information, notes about courses, certificates, critiques of how you found courses, network information etc. :D

thanks everyone.

So in my new folder:) I'm going to keep

1. current courses booklet

2. paper work regarding courses booked on (instead of pinned to notice board)

3. list of courses I would like to do if they haven't been invented yet
so I can bother my CSDO next time I see her

My folder with certificates in is over flowing so I'll need a new one of those:o
 and I've just decided, since I'm on a roll, I'm going to have another folder!! with SEF in and risk assessments as these should be reviewed often:) :)
