Was looking up Chatsworth for you but that is closed until sometime in March but came across this one which looks very reasonably priced.

Thanks guys. i went to lanes farm in risley. its free admission but not that much to do. we got round it in about 15 minutes then went to the tea shop for lunch which i must say i thought was very child Unfriendly if that makes sense lol. there was 2 sides too the tea rooms one for children and familys 1 for no children allowed! Pushchairs had too be left outside and No food and drink to be taken in tea rooms etc. dont think id hurry back. Happyhens looks nice tho and we shall try that in the future :)

Willow Tree Family Farm in Shirebrook is good for younger children and really inexpensive. Been there loads of times.

I have been to Willow Tree loads of times as it is only a couple of miles from me, didn't suggest it in my earlier reply because I thought it would be too far for Minnie Mouse, although in Derbyshire it is right on the Notts/Derbys border. The children I look after really like it and as you say really inexpensive and worthy of a visit.
