catching up on risk assessments

it was outlined in my inspection report that i needed to do more risk assessments within a month. so far i've done one really broad one for the home that outlines basically everything in my daily check sheet. One for the park, One for childrens centre..... is there anything else i've missed.
Do i need a broad one for going out and about in general.
what about one for sleeping??
i might just print ouf paulines policy for breathing!!! :D
