Just a quick question about film ratings and mindees.
I've always taken mindees to the cinema, we go to the cheap kids viewings (normally an older film). The children love it.
The films are always rated U or PG.
The mindees I take are all 4/5 years old to the age of 10.
Should I be getting a separate signed permission to take them to see the PG rated films. All parents sign consent forms and cinema trips are listed in my regular outings section.
The reason I ask is that DD1 went on a Brownie pack holiday this weekend and there was a huge fuss about giving extra signed permission because the film they were going to watch was BOLT and it's a PG rating.
I've never even considered getting extra permission of PG's.
