A few years ago we had a red day - wore red, ate red snack, used red mark making, read Clifford the big red dog books from the library, designed red noses with funny hair... it was great fun! :D

We'll be making "red nose" cakes (buns with a cherry on for a nose!)

I have ordered the free poster pack, free fundraising pack, and free fundraising kids pack. I have asked for the Early Years one, but have got to wait for them to contact me.

13th March.
I ordered some bits online - love the Giggler - a red furry ball with laughing thing inside, sets off laughing when you hit it. Hope it does not freak the kids out!!
Will be making buns with red cherry noses.

I'll be zooming down the ski slopes in France!! Will have to try and modify a red nose to get it to stay on (big thick needle and some thin elastic)

I got my fundraising packs through this morning with a couple of sponsor forms. I am going to photo copy them to give out to mindee's parents to get their families to sponsor them to do something. Trouble is, I can't think what!!! Any ideas?? :panic:

Good luck with the fund raising, I have just done chatter matters raising £95 so don't think I can ask parents to sponsor again for a while. I will still do something with the kids to enable them to participate

I organise the local netmums meets and was hoping to do a pram push/walk in the park in our pyjamas but no-one was brave enough!!
Now I am holding a coffee morning at my house and we are going to be in our jammies and noses and donate £1 each to RND and I am putting on sasauage and egg baps and drinks, and get the kids all making red nose crafts ( as to what, no idea apart from cookies with a red smartie nose!)

I also want to do something at my Netmums meetup - will ask my ladies this week.
As for mindees, am thinking of doing a red day.
My son (11) wants to do a sponsored silence and initially said about doing 7am to 7pm!!! As much as I would love him to be silent for 12 hours, I did say I think its perhaps a little unrealistic. So therefore, we are going for 4pm til 7pm when the evening programme starts!!!
